Michael Finaldi

Michael Finaldi is the Founder and President of Tele-Data Solutions. He started his career at NJ Bell in 1970 as a customer sales representative. In 1976 Michael joined Garden State Telephone, competing against NJ Bell selling telephone systems. He became a sales manager at Garden State Telephone by recruiting, hiring, and training professional telecom sales representatives. This led Michael to begin Tele Solutions in 1981, in Union NJ. Throughout the years Tele Solutions has thrived and he has been the receiver of many awards and certifications for his professionalism and accomplishments, one in particular being the Business Executive of the Year award from the Wall Street Journal in 2002.

Tele-Data Solutions has flourished because of his golden rule of selling, "sell onto others as they would have you sell onto them." Michael Finaldi and Tele-Data Solutions live by the motto, "the customer is king!"

Vincent Finaldi

Vince Finaldi is VP of Sales with Tele-Data Solutions. He drives market development, directs the company's expansion of products and services and manages Tele-Data's sales efforts throughout the Tri-State area. Mr. Finaldi's expertise reflects a unique combination of industry knowledge along with a customized sales approach to satisfy each client's needs.

Mr. Finaldi earned an B.S. in Marketing from Fairfield University and a mini M.B.A. from Rutgers University. Vince Finaldi is affiliated with the Morristown Chamber of Commerce and various BNI Chapters.

Mark Johnson

As the Operations Manager at Tele-Data Solutions, Mark Johnson is responsible for the daily technical operations of the company. These responsibilities include client support and service, system installations, and many other technology products and projects.

Among the skills that make Mark a great addition to the Tele-Data Solutions team is his rare combination of business management and technical skills. These skills allow him to build strong working relationships with both his clients and his technical team. Through experience, Mr. Johnson has become an expert in troubleshooting and problem solving with an extreme attention to detail. He possesses in depth experience in implementations, managed services, and project management.

Mr. Johnson earned a B. S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Hartford.

Ray Kelly

Raymond J. Kelly joined Tele-Data Solutions as Controller in 2005. He is responsible for managing all the accounting, financial and administrative operations of the company. He has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. His previous positions include Controller for both public and private companies, as well as four years in public accounting. He has B.S. in Accounting from St. John's University.

Damon Finaldi

Damon Finaldi is Vice President and General Manager of Tele-Data Solutions. He is responsible for the general management and execution of Tele-Data Solution's strategic direction. He plays an integral role in driving the growth and performance of the company by engaging in business development. Damon brings over 10 years of experience having performed many jobs within the company from installing cable infrastructure to operations manager. Prior to joining the organization, Damon was an IT Consultant with PriceWaterhouse Coopers specializing in SAP software implementation. He received his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and MBA credits from Rutgers University.
